B-17 was direct hit over Budapest, Hungary

Hungary--After completing it's bomb run over Budapest Ferencvaros Railroad yards on 14 July 1944 this Boing B-17 Flying Fortress was the victim of a direct hit by flack. Five of the crew were seen to have bailed out, and the plane crashed in the Budapest area.
