M37 tailgate center support bracket

We have looked high, low & wide for the center support bracket but none was available either NOS, REPO or TO's. Well we found one and seen it in person but didn't like the construction because it was made out of thin / weak metal. So I decided not to buy it but to make one out of stiffer material.
