No tub on the frame

Check out those new NDCC tires from Universal Tire! Frame is intact with no bad rust damage. Sits about 1 inch higher on passenger side (measured from rear bumpers to ground). Not sure why but it may be due to frame damage in past that resulted in front portion to be replaced.
