Take a look at the original welds, that is the way they looked, so that is the way I restored it! No matter what experts say. Mostly correct for 1943, the original engine was out of it, replaced with a post war CJ. Transmission was also replaced with a period Willys T84 and the rear panel was cut and used for a tail gate. So my project begins here. Almost all the F marked bolts were there. All fenders, seats and body was 100% original.
